The Superhuman Mail Narrative certification is a milestone for partners to learn, internalize, and consistently communicate the value of Mail to the market.
This certification is required for all partner sellers interested in selling Mail.

Use the following resources to craft your narrative and successfully become certified.
If a partner fails to achieve the minimum passing score required in their accreditations and certifications on their first attempt, they will need to incorporate the feedback provided and present it again to their partner manager.
In case a partner fails for the second time, they will be given Xtimeframe for preparation and will be required to take their final or next attempt with their partner manager.
