Create product teams – meeting on a monthly basis to collaborate on Live products across businesses (WAN Connectivity and LAN Connectivity) Implement sprint cadence inside PIVOT: Product (including outward communication on established priorities and progress updates) Complete HubSpot Integration + remove ConnectWise Opportunities from the Workflow Incorporate Queue System throughout the CCR applications Improve Integration Layer for faster and easier third-party application swaps Create + implement plan to decouple ConnectWise for non-Service structures Staying well informed + driving performance Level-up Communication efforts throughout PIVOT (see through items below) Appropriate 1x1 cadence with space to manage SMART Commitments + provide timely feedback to drive accountability Identify other team meeting (or asynchronous updates) to cascade company information to teams (remind of weekly ATC etc)
