Rituals

I imagine us running 4 kinds of rituals across
1: 1 hour 1-1’s weekly with all our reports -
2: 1 monthly all-hands meeting with focus on OKR status
YLCH to run as usual - focusing on three topics: 1 - “What’s new”, 2 - OKR study-hall, 3 - Formalities/service messages.
3: Monthly problem solving - about a topic we can all relate to
I propose a rotating chair/host between the 3 domains... so you choose someone in your team to present a dilemma once every 3 months.
4: One weekly zoom-out per team, I’ll join those on rotating basis
Given that Tech partner team is still only 2 people yet, I’ll join that one on most days.
Notice what we don’t have
There is no ‘management team’ meeting. We have the transformation sessions for now, but won’t need a management team on-top for now.
