Split-of-tasks

Hello Team,
As we continue to evolve our ways of working in the new ‘3 domains’ setup, I wanted to clearly outline how I plan to spend my time and engage with each of you. I’m still growing as a “leader of leaders,” so please consider this memo as a starting point—I’m genuinely open to your feedback and any push-back you might have.
You Run, I Help/Coach: My intention is to empower you fully in managing your domains. I’ll primarily support you by coaching in these core areas: Speed of iterations initiatives: • Tom: Accelerating MLR & speed of iterations on learnings for Patient Facing products • Gustav: Developing a faster and more product-friendly piloting and collaboration approach with Health Systems than we usually have... so we get the speed up here
Line: Get a monthly learning cadence up and running
Systematic User Engagement:
Gustav to help Daniel with setting up an interview consent approach
Line and team to systematically talk to tech partners’ product teams (developers and product managers), for discovering product market fit for components like Apollo and beyond. Particularly focus on relevant segments (pharmacies?) —- need Trine help on this?
This is not a huge challenge for Tom’s patient-facing products...
Canonical Product Documents: I expect all 3 of you to establish clear, standardized canonical documents and metrics across all product teams.
Your Specific OKRs: I’ll support you in achieving your defined objectives and key results:
Areas Where I’ll Be Directly Engaged: Beyond coaching, I expect to actively participate (and be stepping s liiitle bit on your toes) in areas that I consider super crucial and/or ‘new business development’:
NovoConnect, beyond Japan
Oral Sema launch prep in NNI
Prior Auth work (August)
Tech Component Go-to-market (Line/Tim).
New Business Development: Collaborating closely with lead markets to identify and capture growth opportunities.
Missionary Work: Advocating externally about the transformative power of strong product management—essentially a form of business development itself.

I recognize that leadership is a learning journey, and I’m committed to improving continuously. Your honest input is invaluable—please don’t hesitate to let me know if anything here feels off or incomplete.
Looking forward to our continued growth together!
Warm regards, Michael
