My approach to reviews
Similarly, I read all of the write-ups our clients post on third-party review sites like
G2
or
TrustRadius
. We learn so much from our clients and our clients’ users in this way.
Sometimes, I’ll even post my response to a review, thanking the client for the feedback.
In other cases, if the client identified themself, I will sometimes email them to hear a more detailed account or to thank them personally.
How to streamline the feedback loop
