Step 3: Allocate Time
With your categories, you can now define the amount of time you want to spend on each in the week ー just like a budget. When I first did this exercise, I was a bit surprised that there are hours in a week, and if you carve out sleeping hours a night for sleeping, that leaves hours to do something with every week! Pro tip: I'd suggest allocating no more than ~70 hours of time to start ー ease into it as you'll need time to eat, dress, commute, etc. :).
