ONGOING: Journal: Write down your thoughts, feelings, and experiences Gain a deeper understanding of yourself. This can also help you track patterns in your behavior and identify areas for personal growth. By practicing these habits regularly, you can gain a better understanding of yourself and improve your self-awareness, which can lead to a more fulfilling life.
