Summary
I use Spyrix to take regular screenshots and keylog.
Methodology
I’ve reviewed many “keyloggers” (which actually do a lot more than just keylogging), but haven’t tried a lot of them. I’m not yet confident about my recommendation, although they have a free version, so not very expensive to test.
