Before role of Bharat was changed and he was brought into this team, the team was led by both Zakir and Satya. There was a power struggle at the top, while results were being suffered.
With Bharat as the Lead in this LOB, he worked on building relationship with Zakir and Satya at individual level.
Role clarity was brought in for all, which reduced confusion, and duplicity.
They are meeting 90% of their goals
