Stage 1- building a content repository.
Nitish and Joceline need to index all our old recordings and content.
Joceline to create a coda list with all volunteers- vidit will share who. and 1-2 content pieces each. in which they will respon with timestamps, articles, posts etc.
Nitish, Jojo and Disha to review and sort these into AW, EOS, CEP/EW, AS content cohorts as well as typre of media and topics. relevant for engagement/ relevant for marketing.
basis this nitish develops audio with manisha for podcasts. and videos.
jojo to further polish the 1 liners, and article extracts.
disha to create a posts and creatives repository.
Stage 2-
Basis the EC/ NC and program cohorts the engagement team, Social media team and email marketing team fit these content pieces into their monthly plans.
Engagement monthly plan-
frequency- for each customer cohort it is yet to be decided.

FAQs on sadhana,
case studies and stories of people on their wonderful journey of gyanyog.
articles by SKs, volunteers, and coaches.
latest happenings at SKC and how can it benefit the client.
latest podcast-
latest videos
very subtle program push- the above 3-4 points will be used for the same when a CEP or an EW is coming we will use similar content. in our emails and pushes.
1-2 only program push mailers in a month with a referral offer/ refresher discount for program.
LCE mailers- announcements if an enabler is hosting an event we also share it.
data sharing mails that this month x number of people completed there mantra/ mandala and feature them - (a idea)
ways of dissemination-
whatsapp- broadcast, groups and 1:1,- team working on getting an API Joceline Joshy please share a target date.
Linkedingroup- we (disha, jojo, ck etc) strongly feel that Mighty is not functioning the way it should. Harini also advised to use linkedin groups and we had a meeting and disha is working on that plan. Harini as very sweetly volunteered to lead the linkedin group for LCE as a moderator. this we all are very excited about.

coach calls- with our content repository also being available to volunteers, buddies and coaches they can extract and use any content they would like also we make sure we provide them with whatever support required.
