Difference between Ascent Trust Groups and LCE Success Groups. We will go ahead with experiencing how Success Groups function, experience the work done in them and then come back to this after 2-3 Success Group meetings/trainings of the LCE Board.
Target Members of LCE and their grouping-
LCE is a platform for Entrepreneurs as their challenges are unique compared to even CXO level members, unless its the CXO of a high cap org, where CXOs function like entrepreneurs.
For Samarth we’ll allow members to bring CXOs who they would like to include in LCE. For Success groups, we will explore creating Success Groups of CXOs/senior leaders.
As LCE progresses, groups for support in tactical challenges can be formed.
Success Groups will be formed with mixed sized orgs. Founders of larger orgs may have the challenge of inflated egos and those of smaller orgs may have the challenge of depressed egos. Mid or large size orgs often become complacent. Larger orgs can learn innovation and frugality from smaller orgs. Smaller orgs can learn about challenges they need to start thinking about as they are scaling. LCE is about being Sakhas to each other.
Success Group Members will go through an assessment to qualify them for Success Groups- business audits, customer testimonials etc. This process needs to be defined.
Values of LCE: The group shared their points in chat and here is the summary of points. Grouped based on similarity-
Role of the board- refer to past discussion notes and summary- MG to share separately

The Annual or Gala events or residential events may have a price published by the Board.
Avdhesh-

Amit and Sheetal-

We believe that we need to encourage more and more SKC grads to become LCE members if they qualify the criteria. These members will later on become success group members if they feel it will add value to them to upgrade their membership. So the initial fee should be kept low with many perceived benefits to encourage participation.
We are not sure what value will LCE add to LCE members apart from their eligibility to attend 3 Samarths per year? What will be perceived benefits on a daily, monthly basis?
There will be a lot of people who will be sceptical of the success of LCE in the first year. We will have better clarity at the end of 1st year and then can review our membership fee structure again.
LCE Success Group - Rs 1 to 1.25 lac per person per year- This fee will test the seriousness of the members before joining LCE Success Group and later on during all monthly, quarter and annual sessions.
Other point by Sameer- For Board Members to fund LCE and invest in it. All board members present (Akhilesh had left the meeting) agreed that they would invest. Needs to be discussed further. The goal is to make LCE accessible to more people, the membership fee shouldn’t be a restricting element.
Next meet- In-person in Delhi- Board Members training as Captains and Co-Captains of Success Groups. Manisha to align with Shalini and share options on the LCE WhatsApp group for August 1st week. Trying to combine with bodh dates or other events if possible.
Next Steps:
MG to share Role of Board details from past discussions- July 12th
MG to share poll on the LCE-Board Whatsapp group for the meeting in Delhi to kickoff Success Group Captain and Co-Captain training- July 15th
