1. Start by identifying problems and observations

❕ We don't worry about root cause analysis in Popcorn flow. Without training, it's hard to do and it slows us down. Instead, we encourge more doing and more learning. Anecdotal observations are fine!
Examples problems and observations:
"We seem to always be playing catch up"
"We keep changing direction"
"We are not getting feedback from customers"
