How Levels Connect to Engagement Plan Templates
Levels in the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) are used to categorize donors based on their giving history. While Levels can be based off of any numerical metric that is tracked, a common instance is to recognize and track donor contributions over time, helping nonprofits manage and cultivate relationships effectively.
Connecting Levels to Engagement Plan Templates
Engagement Plan Templates can be linked to different Levels in NPSP to automate and personalize donor interactions. For example, when a donor reaches a new Level, a corresponding Engagement Plan can trigger specific tasks, such as sending thank-you notes, scheduling follow-up calls, or inviting them to special events, thereby enhancing donor cultivation and retention.
