The implementation team has created several custom report features as requested by FSHA, accessible by simply navigating to the Reports tab:
Campaigns with Campaign Members Deluxe:
This is a custom report type that adds Contact and Account details (fields) to the Campaigns with Campaign Member report type, making these reports easier to read/use.
Contact SYBUNT:
This is a custom report that will be very helpful in quickly creating a donor retention campaign. This populates with all contacts who have given SYBUNT (Some Year, But Unfortunately Not This year).
Communication Capability:
This is a custom report that can be used to quickly spot when contacts are missing key contact information, specifically an email address and/or a phone number. Running the report will allow your team to quickly see who has no contact information and who has partial contact information so your marketing team knows who they need to follow up with.
