Game Development
I’ve worked with Unity and Unreal Engine, as well as with 3 different proprietary engines. I’ve also worked with environments primarily using 3ds Max, using Maya, or with the freedom to use Blender. I’ve done procedural tools for artists in Houdini, created textures and tools in Substance Designer, and prepared libraries of materials to use in Substance Painter. I have experience in Knowledge Management and Leadership development.
Several of my roles have taken a dual nature, because I’ll always adapt to what the company and the team needs the most.
Facilitation
A facilitator and workshop designer specialising in authentic relating, Circling, and transformational experiences. Passionate about fostering deep human connections, emotional intelligence, and leadership development in individuals and organizations. Currently building coaching and facilitation offers, with a focus on relational intelligence in professional and personal growth contexts.

FACILITATION RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Organised a corporate retreat for a small startup company to develop team building. I facilitated strategy workshops and social activities.
Facilitated multiple workshops to collect feedback for a company culture process. Processed the data and created actionable steps in collaboration with upper management

Coordinate the work of a small multidisciplinary team collaborating as co-development for a larger international organisation

ACHIEVEMENTS
We delivered a prototype based on external guidelines, improving the conceptual design and market reach, while still conforming to specific technical requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and guide a team of artists on the delivery of a visual benchmark and ensure a timely delivery.
Structure processes for content creation planning and tracking.
ACHIEVEMENTS
We delivered a visual benchmark with a team of more than 8 3D, environment and lighting artists.
I created a comprehensive structure and workflow for documentation for an entire project, making it easier for people to onboard and find relevant information.

Lead Technical Artist

Ensure visual quality and performance of environments on PC and consoles.
Review and validate all props and structures from outsourcing partners.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I provided support and technical feedback to a team of 20+ Artists and Level Designers to create solid, visually coherent, and performant levels.
I set up fruitful relationships with our partner studios in all Tech Art related topics including: prop creation, lighting, procedural tools, visual language, performance, shading, and more.

Rebellion, Oxford - Technical Artist / Tools Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure visual quality and performance of environments on PC and consoles.
Assist with integration of Houdini into our game engine toolset.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I provided support for a large team of artists and designers, gave artistic and technical feedback on the environments, helped optimise and push the visual aesthetics of the game.
I improved guidelines and processes to automate repetitive tasks such as creating and maintaining technical meshes with the help of Houdini, saving a significant amount of time.
I redesigned the interface and tools workflows of the in-house game editor: Asura Tools. This included mesh editing and texturing tools, entity creation and placement, logic editor, debug and technical tools, asset management and more. Improved usability helped with onboarding, and iteration speed and allowed users to be more creative and confident.

Goodgame Studios, Hamburg - Lead Environment Artist / Technical Artist (UE4)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Set priorities and tasks for the Environment Art team.
Ensure artistic vision in collaboration with the Art Director and other Art Leads.
Support the Env. Art team on Technical Art matters such as engine integration, tools support and optimization tasks.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I gave feedback to my team while providing the basis for artists to have ownership. We created impactful environments always ensuring gameplay readability.
Built a consistent workflow in-engine – flexible for art purposes and efficient in performance – with master UE4 Materials and Blueprint tools for worldbuilding.

G4M3 Studios, Madrid - Technical Artist (Unity Mobile)
