Technical Leadership & Systems Design

Proactive Problem Solver: I naturally identify needs and develop solutions—whether creating better workflows, designing intuitive systems, or bridging communication gaps between teams. I’ve always held multiple roles at once, because I adapt to fit the environment I’m in.
Technical Fluency: I have experience in procedural content generation, automated reporting, and custom tool development (Python and other scripting languages). As a Technical Artist I had to regularly assess new software tools and prototype technical workflows.
Project and People Management: I’m highly organised with proven ability to simplify complexity, prioritise work and lead cross-functional teams
Selected Experience:
Technical Artist & Environment Art Lead at GoodGameStudios
When the Environment team was lacking direction, I was promoted to team lead in parallel to my TA job
Technical Artist & Tools Designer at Rebellion
The game editor needed a usability redesign so I stepped up to lead these efforts
Lead Technical Artist & Producer at Ubisoft and Something Mighty
As well as being the lead of the TA department, I acted as Project Manager for the broader art team
Tools for Procedural Content Generation & Prototyping
I love creating “lego bricks” other people can use in production
Automated Reports
I created automated reports to evaluate work in bulk and identify potential issues

Knowledge Architecture & Information Design

I synthesise complex information to make it accessible and actionable. My technical background enables quick system comprehension, while my user-centred design approach ensures solutions are both functional and intuitive.
I understand how to collect feedback, identify pain points, and create solutions that genuinely improve people's workflow and experience―I’ve done this in technical contexts (tools design) and human context (workplace culture initiatives).
I'm experienced with graphic design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and can use tools like Canva with ease. I have done graphic design work creating corporate identities and layout design.
Documentation framework for Wraith
Created an intuitive and comprehensive wiki structure for a full video game production that was later used as a base for other projects by the Knowledge Management team
Asura - Redesigning UI and UX of a Game Editor
The in-house game editor needed a redesign and I lead the usability and interface efforts, collaborating closely with tools programmers
Board Game summaries and RPG Character Sheets
One of my passion projects is designing simplified instruction sheets for complex board games that supports in explaining and referencing the rules while playing
