Resume Critique

General Feedback

You’re missing some key info here. I assume your Name and Title are above either the Green Mark (Professional Summary) or the Blue Mark (Contact) and you just cropped that out, but I can’t see your Education anywhere here. If it isn’t there yet, put your education below the Orange Mark (Seminars and Language) or the Pink Mark (Experience).
Example:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (Jun 2010 - Apr 2016) Sample University Name
The font is too small. I’m also not sure what size of paper you’re using. Make sure your font is at least 12pt for the bullet points.
While this is okay for your job, you can improve it. Try rebuilding this in

using any of the black-and-white templates.

Blue Mark (Contact)

This is already good. Just make sure the Address only shows ‘Province, Philippines’ or ‘City, Philippines’ to conserve space.

Red Mark (Skills & Interests)

This is a lot of fluff that doesn’t tell me anything about you. Limit it to skills that can actually be observed or measured. Get rid of the “Leadership, Problem-solving” etc… Nobody wants to see that on someone’s resume.

Orange Mark (Seminars & Language)

This is okay na pero change the “Language” label to “Languages”.

Green Mark (Professional Summary)

This is pretty tricky because you claim to have vast experience but don’t have the skills listed down. It’s very generic and might make a recruiter think that you’re overstating yourself. To fix this, replace your second sentence with something more in line with what the recruiter wants.
Example:
Seeking to leverage my multidisciplinary skills in both field engineering and management to help accelerate growth.

Pink Mark (Experience)

1. Put your title first before your company. This makes it easier for the HM to see what roles you handled. The company is just secondary. Also, include your tenure period there, i.e. when you worked there.
Example:
Field Engineer / Project In-Charge (Jun 2020-Dec 2022) Company 2
2. Make sure you list this all down from most recent (at the top) to oldest (at the bottom). I think you do naman pero just reminding here.
3. These are too many bullet points. Focus on the highlights first, then list down the work functions you performed that had skills attached to them. Limit this to 3-6 bullet points for each job. Don’t worry if it looks short; you will increase the font naman, so that should take up enough space on the page.
Example:
Lead a team of 30+ skilled workers…
Assigned and handled four different projects involving…
Implemented, monitored, and supervised construction works based on scope and budget
