Day 15 Hour 5-8: Feedback and Adjustments

After each team has had a chance to present their progress, we'll move on to a vital part of our learning process: the feedback session. Here's what to expect:
Constructive Criticism: Each team will receive feedback on their work from instructors and peers. This feedback isn't meant to be negative - it's an essential tool for growth and improvement. Feedback might touch on various aspects of your project - the Airtable base structure, the Softr design, the way you've addressed the project requirements, or anything else that stands out.
Advice and Suggestions: Feedback will also come in the form of advice and suggestions. Your instructors have a wealth of experience in web application development, and your peers might have fresh ideas or perspectives that you hadn't considered. Listen to these insights - they can be invaluable for refining your project.
Open Discussion: This isn't a one-way process. Teams are encouraged to discuss the feedback they receive, ask questions, and seek further advice. The goal is open and constructive discussion that benefits everyone.
Adjustments and Refinement: Post-feedback, it's time for adjustments. This could mean changing your Airtable base, tweaking your Softr design, adding or refining features, or restructuring your plan for the coming days. The key is to take the feedback onboard and use it to make your project better.
Remember, feedback is not about highlighting shortcomings. It's about learning, improving, and eventually building a web application that meets the project requirements effectively and efficiently. So, let's embrace the feedback and use it as a stepping stone towards our goal. Good luck!
