Day 1: Introduction

Objective: To welcome the participants, introduce them to no-code web development and Airtable, and provide an overview of the 20-day program.
Duration: 8 hours
Schedule:

Hour 1: Welcome and Introductions

Welcome address by the instructor
Introduction of participants (name, country, background)

Hour 2:

"Two Truths and a Lie": Participants share two true statements and one false statement about themselves; the rest of the group tries to guess which statement is false.
"Human Bingo": Participants receive a bingo card with various statements (e.g., "has built a website before," "speaks three languages"). They must find other participants who match the statements and get their signatures to fill out the card.

Hour 3: Introduction to No-Code Web Development

Hour 4: Introduction to Airtable

Overview of Airtable as a no-code tool
Demonstration of Airtable's key features
Examples of web applications built with Airtable
Lunch Break: 1 hour

Hour 5-6: Airtable Hands-On Session

Participants create an Airtable account
Guided tour of the Airtable interface
Creating a simple base with a table, fields, and records

Hour 7: Overview of the 20-Day Program

Explanation of the program structure and daily schedule
Description of the topics to be covered
Presentation of the final group project

Hour 8: Q&A and Wrap-up

Open forum for questions and clarifications
Sharing of expectations and goals for the program
Wrap-up and reminders for the next day's session
