Baby Basics for Dads

Most new dads don't have years of experience, here are a few tips & links to get you started.
First of all, congrats on your soon to be baby! If you're like me, you became a father without much experience caring for babies. At the time, I wrote down a few 'obvious' things that I wish someone had told me. These all seem trivial and hilariously obvious as a father for a few years, but hopefully another new dad benefits from seeing a few baby basics.

(1) Soon to be Mom will be uncomfortable during the final months of pregnancy, help her out!

(2) One fear amongst new parents is SIDS, it's worth reading about what it is & how to prevent it.

(3) Baby's should ride in rear facing car seats

(4) Buy a baby thermometer and call your pediatrician if your baby has a fever over 100 degrees.

(5) Babies don't eat solid foods until 4-6 months
