As a PSA, startups are stressful. You likely need to be budgeting for self care or other mitigation techniques.
Perhaps you didn’t know this, but unreasonable demands will be placed on you by people who are figuring out how to manage, or by investors who expect you to manage.
Many people avoid therapy because of the perceived stigma or the cost, however there are some really great options if you know where to look.
Where to look?
Great places to look where it might not be obvious are individual providers who have reduced their burn rate by moving to smaller towns. Many of them offer virtual services and heightened service levels.
