LOVE AND MONEY AGENCY AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into this ______ day of ______, 2023, by and between Love and Money Agency (the "Company"), and _____________________ (the "Affiliate").

1. COMMISSIONS

1.1 The Affiliate may earn commissions as follows:

a) For all new projects with a GPM of 60% or less, the Affiliate shall earn a commission of 5%. Half of the commission will be paid upon payment of the first invoice, and the remaining half will be paid upon payment of the final project invoice, provided the GPM targets are met.

b) For all new projects with a GPM above 60%, the Affiliate shall earn a commission as follows:

For projects with a GPM between 60% and 80%, the Affiliate shall earn a commission of 8%.

For projects with a GPM above 80%, the Affiliate shall earn a commission of 12%.

c) For all subsequent (Monogamy) projects, the Affiliate shall earn an annual commission as follows:

For projects with a GPM of 60% or less, the Affiliate shall earn an annual commission of 4%.

For projects with a GPM between 60% and 80%, the Affiliate shall earn an annual commission of 5%.

For projects with a GPM above 80%, the Affiliate shall earn an annual commission of 6%.

2. TERMINATION

As this Agreement is open-ended and there is no base salary or fixed term, it remains in effect until either party chooses to terminate the affiliate relationship.
