House Rules

The house can accomodate up to a max of 6 guests. While there is no additional charge, all guests must be listed on the reservation.
The house is pet friendly. We currently allow 1 dog and there is a $100 pet fee. All pets must be listed on the reservation. If an unauthorized pet is brought on the property the occupant is in breach of their rental agreement and may be removed from property without a refund.

All animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Guest must pick up after their pet both on and off the property.

Parties are strictly prohibited
Commercial use of the space for events, photo shoots, business, or anything except sleeping/living accommodations requires the express written consent of the owner and may incur additional costs.
🚭We are a smoke free property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or the outside areas. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of $500 as well as possible removal from the property without refund.
To respect our neighbors enjoyment of their homes, music or other sound emitting activities should not be heard off property at any time.

🔧 Property Care
Garbage is picked up Thursday AM. Please leave space in driveway for cans to be moved out Wed night and back in Thurs.
Landscaping and pest prevention maintain a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule and may access the exterior of the premise during your stay between 10am and 5pm
