Welcome to Rochester!

We are so excited to host you! Rochester is an incredible place to visit year round with so much to do (even in the cold of winter!) This interactive guide has been put together to help you make the most of your stay and have all important info in 1 easy to access location! It is a living document - meaning you can check back periodically for fresh updates and new things to do.

Standard check in is at 4pm on the date of your arrival
Early check in/late check out is offered when available for $30. To reserve an early/late departure please contact us ahead of time!
To access the house you will use the smart lock. A random 4 digit code will be sent to you via your booking channel, and text message - this is your door code. Your code will become active at 4pm on the day of your check in and be deactivated at 11am on the day of checkout.
To Operate the lock follow the below instructions
1. Press the white Yale logo to wake up the lock 2. Input your code 3. Press the check mark in the bottom right - The door will unlock.
Check out is at 11am. During check-out you may leave any garbage/recycle in the bins in house, we will take it out. Bedding can stay on the beds, no need to strip. Please leave any used towels hung up or in a pile in the tub. Please clean any dirty dishes and leave on drying rack we will return them to the cupboard.
There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and additional free street parking.
