Mitchell & Abbott has been offering our Professional Liability Insurance program to members of the BCACC for over ### years. Each year, our focus is on negotiating coverage features and benefits specific to protecting Clinical Counsellors and their businesses at a competitive premium.

This year we are pleased to advise that while the premium for the Professional Liability Coverage has increased slightly we are still able to offer all of the optional value added coverages at the same premium as last year.

Claims Made Policy Notice

You are renewing a policy that is written on a “Claims Made” bases which carries a provision that requires you to report any claim or incident that may give rise to a claim as soon as you become aware of it in order for coverage to apply.

Please canvas any employees or contractors to ensure there are no potential incidents and report them using the link below before completing this application.
