👥 Agents

Recruitment
Proactively message verified linkedin profiles via LinkedIn DMs - send 25 invite and 25 inmail per day (you’ll need sales nav from us to do)
Monitor job board applicants and reply promptly
Onboarding
Guide new agents step-by-step through the onboarding process
Answer queries and provide setup support
Contact all Sign ups on the Master Database Daily by Bulk Email using Monday Bulk Email
Emails
Respond to all inbound emails within few minutes
Forward or escalate issues when needed to Charles (Sales emails/Unhappy Agents)
WhatsApp
Keep all chats replied to within few minutes
Follow up with agents who haven't responded in a while
Payouts
Process payments via Wise
Cancel any payouts for blocked accounts (check Slack)

🕘 Daily Schedule

9:00 AM – Start of Day

Login to dashboard and communication tools
Check and reply to all unread WhatsApp messages
Check and reply to all unread emails

💸 9:15 AM – Payouts

Send any pending payouts via Wise
Check Slack for blocked accounts
Cancel any payouts for flagged/blocked agents

🧾 9:30 AM – Agent Sign-Ups

Check system for new sign-ups
Bulk message all newly signed-up agents in the database to complete onboarding

🎯 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Recruitment Block (Part 1)

Reply to applicants from job board postings
DM verified agents on LinkedIn
Use filters and message templates for efficiency

📨 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Communication Catch-Up

Re-check and respond to new WhatsApp messages
Clear out inbox and handle any email follow-ups

🔍 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Recruitment Block (Part 2)

Resume LinkedIn DMs and job board replies
Prioritize outreach to high-potential agent leads

🤝 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Referrals & Final Onboarding

Follow up with agents who have applied via the form
Contact agent referrals and encourage them to refer others
Speak to active agents and ask them to refer new people
Prioritize onboarding new agents before 7:00 PM
