Client Operations
Slack (Replying)
Reply to all client messages
Flag anything urgent to Charles or relevant team member that you can’t handle
Warm-Up Accounts
Perform manual warm-up tasks daily for client LinkedIn agents - follow the
Follow the official 30-day warm-up plan (check internal doc)
Blocked Accounts
Monitor AdsPower for account login issues
Coordinate recovery steps with Agents
Fix/ Add 2FA
Fix Proxy if needed - Flag to Charles
Profile Updates
Make client-requested changes to:
Headline
Summary
Work history
NEVER change names or delete history unless explicitly approved
Make 1 Change Per Day
Sales Navigator
Order or assign Sales Navigator when requested by the client
Add to billing spreadsheet and confirm access works

🕘 Daily Schedule

🕘 9:00 AM – Start of Day
Check Slack messages from clients and reply
Note any warm-up progress requests or issues

🧼 9:30 AM – Warm-Up Routines
Log into AdsPower & complete manual warm-up tasks
Refer to the warm-up checklist
Make notes in shared Slack threads per client (e.g. “Warm-up done for [Client]: Day 7 complete”)

🚨 10:30 AM – Account Checks
Check for any blocked, stuck, or flagged accounts
Start recovery process contact agents by Whatsapp & Email
Flag blocked in Slack channel
Find new replacement account & Notify Charles to approve account
📋 11:30 AM – Profile Update Requests
Handle all client profile edits requested in Slack
Use pre-approved assets or wording if unclear
🛒 12:00 PM – Sales Navigator
Review any new requests for Sales Nav
Place order, confirm access, and update billing sheet

📌 Notes

Always log warm-up completions and blocked accounts in the Slack Channels
