Custom Design + User Experience Workflow Coaching

Ever evolving marketing channels and technology require you to adapt at a moment’s notice. That can be tough with all the things business owners juggles. We apply our knowledge of industry verticals, digital marketing tactics and best practices to understand your brand presence and practices, delivering personalized recommendations on how you can reboot.

Deliverables

This section in the scope of work covers the product or service the project is going to deliver: Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Copywriting, Process Design, and Tailored & Responsive Support.
The Custom Package includes four sixty to ninety-minute consultations meetings a month and up to one managed event or team training workshop a quarter. This package also includes more hands on business development services. Our team will support in talking to vendors, venues, strategic partners and more to make sure business objectives are surpassed. The custom consulting package can also be designed to include traveling to conferences or meetings to represent the client and more. This package will make a difference in your business, the marketplace and your lifestyle.

Timeline

This first round is scoped to last 2 Months, with a periodic review and needs assessment that leads to responsive and flexible adjustments. The second round is scoped to last 3-6 months starting in January with potential to extend. Below is the monthly budget we've estimated based on the scope of services outlined earlier in this proposal.

Payment Schedule

Invoice date will be on the 15th of the month, Clients have net 15 business days to complete payment, calculated from the date notified of the invoice. Full payment of the Project Price for services and deliverables rendered will be charged on the Final Delivery Date. Any additional work can be scoped as a new project or added on a Time & Materials basis and charged hourly at a fixed rate of $50 per hour.
