The important thing to note here is that Prefect Cloud is going to take the place of your flow.run calls. It is a public API, so distributed resources ー such as ones on GCP ー can access it. To control what those distributed resources can do against Prefect Cloud’s API, the prefect CLI or other things made by the Prefect CLI (such as agents) must be authenticated using a token that you can get from the Prefect Cloud UI.
