Build Platform to scale remote operations
Teammates need a to manage operations with well defined roles, functions, tasks and OKRs which are easy to keep updated. This will enable us to scale remote team from 140+ to 1000 as teammates are accountable for well prioritised deliveries.
To do:
Develop platform to manage 100 - 1000 teammates across 8 time zone
Optimise backlog to meet proved team needs
Manage stand ups and sprints to deliver a feature weekly
Make it easy for unit leads to keep roles, functions and tasks updated
Make OKRs performance visible across teams, units, and teammates
Feedback loops via real time 360, 1-1 feedbacks, and OKRs performance
Leverage No-code tools to automate processes and educate units to use them

Who:
Determined to get things done and over perform (eg. won olympiad)
Developed CRM, ERP or BPMN
JS or Python skills
Scrum fast - prefer to find and plug in no code tool over weekend to month of coding
