The goal of the program

A significant share of the teammates joins international top-tier tech companies and startups via referral programs. At LATOKEN, we developed a similar program that benefits both the company (the skills of referred people are usually higher) and current teammates (earn a referral bonus & work with people you know who are skilled and professional). So, A-players attract A-players.

Process

1) A teammate referring a candidate should send the candidate’s CV to with mentioning the candidates' professional sphere/vacancy applied.
2) Talent manager process each referral in 10 days and provides with feedback in comment below the post.
3) If all the conditions described in this policy are met, approval for the referral bonus should be given by Remuneration Committee (RemCom).

Reward amounts

Top-level: 4 000 USD
Roles: C-Level, Head of Mega Unit
Senior-level: 2 000 USD
Roles: Director, Lead developer, Lead/Head of subunit, Senior developer/manager, PO (Product owner)
Middle level: 1 000 USD
Middle developer, Senior manager
Junior-level: 500 USD
Analyst, Manager

Conditions

Effective 01.12.2021.
The current program covers full-time roles only.
The referred teammate should have worked for 90 calendar days (3 months) and be transferred in CRM to the stage Hired - Closed Won.
Referral bonus is paid in two equal parts, consecutively, during the first and second month after the referred teammate is transferred in CRM to the stage Hired - Closed Won (and confirmation from RemCo received).
CEO, HR, and Leads/Heads of a unit (where the candidate is being referred) are not eligible to participate in the Hiring Referral Program.
Head of Unit can participate in the program if referring the candidate to another Mega unit, and this candidate is not in HR CRM (has not been previously contacted by LATOKEN HR).
Relatives can be referred to LATOKEN.
If you referred a candidate (-s) between 08.04.2021 (when the CEO first announced the referral program) and 01.12.2021 and complied with all the requirements mentioned here, please apply through and attach a screenshot where you were sending candidates' CV to HR. Referral bonus, in this case, will be paid in two equal parts, consecutively, during the first and second months.
