2) Project Introduction
Project Goal
The goal of this project is to build a new mobile application for our customers to manage the construction of their house. The benefits of this app is that it allows our customers to save time and work with contractors while they are away from their computers.
Project Background
Many customers have said they do a lot of their house construction planning while away from their computers. This means having a fully-functioning mobile app is critical to help them getting their house built and for using our service.
Project Scope
This project is only focused on our mobile app. While there is a lot of overlap with the features on our website, this project team is dedicate to building out the mobile app only.
