The automated order and inventory management tool that I built for has reduced the time that business spends on inventory by about 90%. We are now in the process of commercializing that tool.
We’re currently live at and have 4 paying customers and an additional 10 on a 30-day free trail who are using the product and will become paying customers soon.
Thus far, our strongest pull has been from van retrofitters, so we traveled to Denver, which is where many of them are, and made cold calls/visited them to get feedback on the product and sign them up. This was just last weekend, and many of them are conferring with their teams, so I don’t have many tangible results from that trip, but feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Was hired to create an outbound sales practice for a business that had previously only gone to market through a channel partner. In less than one year, working alone, I generated over $3.5m in deals at the "proposal" stage or further, including Cleveland Clinic, Mount Sinai, Ohio State Wexner, and Allegheny Health Network.
Successfully created an outbound lead generation sales practice as a team of one, generating ~10 new demos per month.
Beginning the job with no resources or support, I created low-code/no-code tools to significantly automate business processes across practices, including template-based bulk emailing and marketing campaigns, invoice generation, top-of-funnel sales flow activity, pricing calculation, and others.
Led process discovery initiatives with leading healthcare organizations like Mount Sinai to come up with new products, or new use cases for our product in different hospital departments.

Managed cold outreach-based executive search processes for large-cap private equity funds’ portfolio companies, (Advent, Cinven, etc.) including searches for CEOs, board members, and deal advisors, as well as long-term sector tracking projects resulting in introductions to sector-leading CEO-level executives at career inflection points. Owning the lifecycle of each project, I managed an offshore research team, created and managed candidate pipelines, owned cold outreach to C-Suite executives, sold them on the role my client needed, assisted in negotiations, created client presentation materials, and placed executives in roles. I led over 60 of these projects, and 56 achieved a successful outcome.
Owned relationship with largest client, including project tracking, quarterly reporting, and technology implementation, contributing to doubling of relationship value.
Contributed significantly to product and operations, proactively creating tools within our CRM and online platform to overhaul our offshore research process, significantly automate the research and document preparation processes for Smart Connections product, and increase usability of our data in client CRMs through API-driven client dashboards.

(Warburg Pincus, Apax Partners, Berkshire Partners, etc.) I owned outreach to Skillcapital’s network of executives and created new relationships via cold outreach with the aim of recruiting potential transaction advisors and using my cold outreach calls to gain key diligence information on the fund’s transaction questions. These efforts gave clients a group of potential deal advisors and a diligence report drawn from our conversations with these execs. 40 of the 50+ engagements I worked on created successful placements.

I created pre-transaction diligence reports for PE deal committee review that evaluated the go-to-market and product practices of B2B SaaS transaction targets. Reports were informed by onsite discovery workshops with the target’s C-Suite, materials we requested from the target, customer interviews, product demos, and exhaustive market research. We presented an in-depth view of the maturity of each discipline within go-to-market and product to inform the investment decision and make a value creation plan before the acquisition was finalized. I worked on over 20 of these deals worth over $4.5bn.
Created and executed post-acquisition value creation strategies including sales collateral creation, new product launches, integration strategy for mergers, product roadmap creation, and market messaging and materials creation.
