Thus far, our strongest pull has been from van retrofitters, so we traveled to Denver, which is where many of them are, and made cold calls/visited them to get feedback on the product and sign them up. This was just last weekend, and many of them are conferring with their teams, so I don’t have many tangible results from that trip, but feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Ground-Up Creation of Sales Practice for Hospital Software

Was hired to create an outbound sales practice for a business that had previously only gone to market through a channel partner. In less than one year, working alone, I generated over $3.5m in deals at the "proposal" stage or further, including Cleveland Clinic, Mount Sinai, Ohio State Wexner, and Allegheny Health Network.
Successfully created an outbound lead generation sales practice as a team of one, generating ~10 new demos per month.
Beginning the job with no resources or support, I created low-code/no-code tools to significantly automate business processes across practices, including template-based bulk emailing and marketing campaigns, invoice generation, top-of-funnel sales flow activity, pricing calculation, and others.
Led process discovery initiatives with leading healthcare organizations like Mount Sinai to come up with new products, or new use cases for our product in different hospital departments.

Owning the lifecycle of each project, I managed an offshore research team, created and managed candidate pipelines, owned cold outreach to C-Suite executives, sold them on the role my client needed, assisted in negotiations, created client presentation materials, and placed executives in roles.
