Using a spreadsheet application, like Excel or Google Sheets, arrange your data in columns corresponding to the columns in the table below. Feel free to download the template below if it would be helpful.

Once your data is organized, select and copy the data in your sheet without the column headers. If you used the template above, your selection should start at cell A2.
Having now copied all of your data, click into the empty Item Name cell in row 1 and paste. Coda will create new rows for each entry in your selection.
Check over the data in the table and correct any errors. Once your data is ready to go, you can push the import button on the left of each row to import individual items, or you can push the Import All button to bulk-add every item in the table.
