Sample:Masters of Scale Crash Course Day 2 LEARN FROM THE NO's

Entrepreneurs: Remember what Reid Hoffman shared “...I want you to think about every “No” you’ve heard recently. Write them down one-by-one.”
Column 1 Write who said NO or list ANON, if they prefer not to be identified.
Column 2 Write the email address for Column 1 or ANON, if they prefer not to be identified.
Column 3 Write “What They Said” to support their NO and think about what questions they asked and how their actions told you the answer was NO.
Now think about what you know that the NO’s don’t know. Why do you still think you’re right? Maybe you know the market is larger and more lucrative than they think. Maybe you know that you plan to test and perfect your idea before going wide....But the exercise doesn’t end there. It’s not just about dis-proving the “No.” It’s about learning from it.
Column 4 Write “What I know” from the NO
Column 5 Write “What I’ll Do” about it. Maybe you need to add a slide in your pitch deck that clearly addresses the concern. Or maybe you need to revise or re-think your plan in order to avoid a trap.
Keep adding to this list over time, and column 5 will become your A-C-Tion Plan.
