When you install the plugin to your application, “Invoice PDF generator” will instantly appear in the visual elements section:
Place it anywhere on your page. It is a hidden element, website customers won't see it.
To customize the element, double-click it to open its settings.
Start by entering in all the company information at the top. Underneath that, either type in or select customer data from any input field.
You can also choose the currency for your invoice.
For the items information you have to choose any pre-created data type from your database.
You can select the table style below. You can also customize the default descriptions for table headers and link each column value to data from a database.
Select which elements you would like to include on your invoice template.
You can choose to enable or disable discounts. If you are using a discount, write the percentage so that it will be included in the final price.
Here, you can also set the VAT rate.
Payment terms can be listed here in plain text, or this section can be used for any other special notes to include on the invoice.
At the bottom of the settings section, you can find the custom translations. The default language is English, but if you would like to change it to another language, you can manually translate the template elements here.
