Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

My prospective on QBRs:
I believe best practices include regular reviews of product updates and important information. This helps strengthen my business relationships and encourage communication. The meetings help determine how to best accommodate my customers and my company’s growth.
The QBRs help determine opportunities for improvement and goals settings. Working as a team with my customers, we determine what changes are needed to propel their business forward.
This is a collaborative process, where my suggestions may be incorporated into the customer’s ideas bringing them a fantastic plan for success!
There are several steps I take to ensure my QBR meetings are successful:
Invite high-level decision makers and product users.
Review my client’s goals and facilitate adoption.
Review the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Investigate challenges and highlight achievements.
Discuss opportunities for growth and outline plans for how future goals will be met.
Demonstrate value of my company’s SaaS services to my customers.
Allow time for questions, answers and feedback.
