Teamwork:
The successes I have with my customers is a reflection of working as a strong team. I enjoy the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams to execute goals and get wins.
Consultancy:
One of the best ways to guide customers to achieve their goals: build relationships where they can call me their trusted advisor. As I grow to understand the needs of my customers, I can then provide guidance on possible cross sell and upsell opportunities.
Transparency:
It’s my responsibility to set reasonable expectations with our customers and communicate those clearly as their customer journey progresses.
