Inability to convert from Naira to USD to complete

The conversion via paystack/saved card option doesn’t work for now. We will let you know when you can retest
Are the tiers applicable for each currency? On the top right corner of the attached screen, I can see USD after the tier. Not sure what that’s about. Because when I toggled back and forth between screens, I see that the currency has disappeared

The latest build addresses this concern. You can help retest.
Security pin screen - Hidden numbers are not center aligned with the numeric keys, font size above hidden keys are too small, and the design of the “Continue” button at the bottom part of the page looks off. I don’t even think one should be able to screenshot such a screen for security purposes

I can’t put my finger on it but the design of this screen just looks off. I’m not sure if it’s because the font size of the words on the left are too small, or if it is because we have 3 different font sizes on it, or if it’s because there’s excess white space. I think it needs a second look in my opinion

I think the small top right descriptor beside the “Transfer to Sycamore Tag” should just be “Free” as opposed to “Free & Instant”. This gives the impression that the other modes of transfer are not instant and may discourage people from wanting to use them

We agree and this has been resolved.
Tried converting Naira to USD and it worked based on the email I got, but it still brought up a notification that said “Request failed”. Had to check my USD wallet later (and email), to see that it went through.

I see we have changed the name from target contributions to savings which is good. However, the emails still carry “contributions”. Don’t know if we want to align for consistency. Plus these are still the old email templates. Do we plan on using the new templates Panera did anytime soon?

The path to getting one’s wallet statement still leads to the green and red logo, which I believe we are phasing out. More importantly, did we get a chance to revamp the wallet statement too? There are some design flaws on the current one we use.

When a user wants to fund the USD wallet, shouldn’t we have an option that allows them fund their naira wallet via bank transfer, and we convert the money to them, and send to their USD wallet? I see the option to move the money from the wallet, but I worry some people may intuitively know that they need to fund their naira wallet firs - or maybe we put a guide? Something to think about

We did think about this but we were worried that it would elongate the delivery time. Our accounts are static and the current wema funding issues may be a blocker here. However, it is something we will look into it.
Rather than have “stocks” on the dashboard like this, would it be better to have “Securities” or “Financial assets”? So when people click, we can open up a screen where they can buy commercial papers, mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc. Another term broader than “Stocks” sha. So that we have some flexibility

Overall, really awesome work! Loved the look and it was almost very seamless overall. Also, the error messages were pretty good, like when I tried clicking the loan button on other wallets aside NGN.
I did run into some snags:
I generated a USD wallet and was told it was successful but when I went ahead to try to generate other wallets and came back to the USD option, I was asked to generate a USD wallet again.
I had issues generating my Euro wallet. It kept sending me a “wallet failed” pop up but the wallet still got created. I assume it still got created because I could still stay on the Euro wallet option. If it had actually failed, I would assume that I’d be automatically sent back to the wallet option I was on before or any other wallet that I actually have generated. I’m not sure if this is clear enough. Edit: it actually got created because I was able to test the options available on it.
For the “convert by funding online” screen and other screens that look like it, suggestions: - I think the whole section where the amount is to be imputed should be clickable, not just the part that shows the placeholder figures. That whole section looks like a button and people would assume it’s clickable. - Also, I think the amount should be able to be imputed both ways. Cause what if I know how much USD I want to convert but not how much it is in naira? I’ll have to run out of the app to calculate and then come back. Edit: the “convert from other wallet” option works this way and it’s seamless.
When I click on the account option for the Euro wallet, the subtext part says, “create a euro account to receive payment in “undefined””. Same for Pounds.
I’m unable to take a selfie when attempting to upgrade my tier. The button isn’t clicking.

I have noticed that when I try to convert funds, it takes about 7 seconds to load and display the current rate and in that period, I can’t input the amount I’d like to convert and it’s not clickable until the current rate is shown.

Yeah, this is needed to manage the experience but we can look at getting the rate to show faster. You should also know that this is our test environment.
When I try to convert funds, it says “You do not have wallets for both currencies” which isn’t the case as I have my naira wallet (or does it mean something else?)

When I try to fund my account using Paystack, there’s an instruction panel that pops up, however it’s cut off by the Paystack interface so I can’t clearly read the instructions before it disappears.

Verification feedback email should come from Sycamore email. for brand uniformity, getting an email from Doja on sycamore can be confusing to some users

Receipts for other currencies still carry the Naira sign. I tested this for GBP and USD transactions and saw the same error. Here's a sample picture.

I thought we were going to charge for tag to tag FX transfers. This screen suggests that the transfers will be free. Or have we changed our minds about this?

Not an issue but I would like to suggest that there be an option to accept the rules before proceeding to accept the terms and conditions for the enhanced dollar investment. I've attached a screenshot to highlight what I'm saying.

Tier 2 Upgrade - Valid Government ID uploaded twice now, with “upload successful” message on the screen after the upload, but it still says “Awaiting Submission” on my screen as opposed to “Currently reviewing” or something. Utility Bill upload - I clicked on “Continue on the web” option and it says “The session is invalid or expired”. Screenshot attached.
