Current Experience: Converting from USD to NGN requires multiple clicks because the default setup starts with NGN → USD. To switch to USD → NGN, I have to first change either the “Convert” or “Receive” currency to something else before selecting the correct currencies again. Suggested Improvement: When clicking on the currency dropdown, it should display all available currencies. If I select a currency that is already in the “Receice” field, it should swap places with the “Convert” currency automatically. For Example: Default: NGN → USD I want to convert USD → NGN Clicking USD while it’s already in the “Receive” field should instantly swap it with NGN, making it USD → NGN without extra steps. This would make the experience seamless and more intuitive.

The Request Wallet popup remains visible on the screen even after a wallet has been successfully generated. It requires user manually clicking the cancel button.

When I try to convert from USD to British pounds in my USD wallet, the default currency is always set to Naira to USD. However, I think the currency of the account I’m using should be the default for sending funds.

While trying to buy airtime, I accidentally selected the wrong service provider after entering my phone number. When I corrected the provider selection, the phone number I had entered disappeared.

I tried to fund my British Pounds wallet using the online funding/fund with card option. I received a notification on the app that the payment is being processed, but it has been almost an hour, and the funds have not reflected despite being debited.

Customer Support did not get a notification or email to inform them that I want to change my address, after completing the in-app form that came up. Also please fix the typo in the message.

When attempting to transfer to a Sycamore account, the list of banks does not load and an error is thrown. However, when transferring to other banks, the list loads instantly without any issues.

I encountered an error after selecting a card as the payment method when creating a savings plan (Goals and Flex Purse) and the system returned transaction as NULL.
I think a prompt should be added that tells users that restricted details will be picked from their BVN when it is not filled yet
Add the NGN request account number card to the Accounts section and not just fund wallet for naira wallets

The savings button in quick actions crashes the app when I didn’t have any savings plans but immediately, I created a plan from the menu option, it worked

During airtime purchase, the user tried purchasing 100k airtime but she was debited and the money reversed to her account. It didn’t go through because her tier only allows 50k airtime. She will like to see an error message that she can’t proceed because of her tier.
