Why should you use this Tools Audit & Documentation?

Ever wish you had a synced table of all your Okta apps so that you can add documentation to it? Here you go! Just don’t judge our Application and Group names in our dev account. 😉
Use this table to keep notes about provisioning, entitlements, renewals, or whatever you can think of! If you used standardized naming practices for your groups, you can use a formula to show what groups give access to each app, specify what type of approval is needed, and build automations off it.
We do this at Coda to serve as the database for our access request bots!
