Involved in end-to-end customer flow brainstorming, framing features and testing.

Worked on initial feature planning & designing to develop a customer-centric product with technical team

Documenting them in PRDs and BRDs.

Create User stories, Epics and assigning to teams with estimated timelines.

Collaborated in workflow wireframes using Figma for their mobile application and web applications

Writing specifications and user flow for the B2B marketplace seller.

Impact I created

Spearheaded and delivered 2 products named TapeIt and PUC simultaneously as per customer requirements and feedbacks in 4 months with high client satisfaction.
