When I was searching, it was important for me to find a strong number of possible applicants, and then screen them diligently to make sure we found a dependable, trustworthy nanny.
Use the CRM to stay organized with your candidates, and when you speak with candidates, log your interactions. That way, you won’t get mixed up with many interviews going on.
Tips for finding Nannies
During my recent nanny search, I found the most qualified candidates through
to find a good script for phone screen and reference questions.
When you bring a nanny to your home for an in-person interview, let them play with your child and give them a set of tasks, such as feeding, reading, bath, etc. Don’t hover, so you can see how your child and the nanny interact, but stay close to help answer any questions.
