tl;dr This doc helps founders highlight the people on their team that are available for hire, and makes it easier for recruiters to find and contact people they're most interested in.
Today, I'm seeing many companies share 'Layoff Lists' as view-only versions of Google Sheets with a collection of their team members. It's a great first step, but as a recruiter, navigating through these lists can be tedious.
🚀 Think of this doc as that simple Google Sheets on steroids, but as just as easy to set up. This leads to more engagement with your list, and your people will find jobs faster.
