For positions in Ahmedabad, we do allow Work from Home—a few days a week or even permanently, but we prefer the candidate spend the first 2-3 months in the office and get accustomed to his/her responsibilities. Once the work becomes less dependent on others, the candidate can work from home. Hybrid - means that we are hiring for an in-office (Ahmedabad) role but we are open to fully remote.
