Delete Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, Snapchat, or other social media tools for a month.
Hide your remote and Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney + etc logins for a month.
Spend 30+ minutes every day on workouts (30 minute walks can count, too!)
Forego caffeine for a month.
