If an address is out-of-date – such as if you know a friend moved or if you get a card returned in the mail – change the Address Status to “Needs Updating.”

When you’re preparing to send this year’s cards, head to

Message Contacts with Out-Of-Date Addresses⁠

for a list of who to contact, and an easy copy/paste message to send them.

When you’re ready to mail, head to

Format Addresses for Export⁠
