22 rooms onsite (plus expansion option)

25 onsite guests minimum

$25,000 contract total ($100/night/person x 10 nights x 25 onsite guests minimum)

2 comped hosts (1 comped host for every 10 onsite guests)

Deposit schedule (based on 25 onsite guest minimum)

10% - on contract

40% - 90 days until retreat start date (unless sales meet/exceed this amount)

50% - 30 days until retreat start date (unless sales meet/exceed this amount)
