po3. Consolidation + manipulation before open into an hourly gap with strong bullish momentum at 9:30. Closed above the downclose candles and formed an fvg. entry on the second 5m candle after open stop near the gap, target 2rr. Strong bearish momentum pre market forming an order + propulsion block. On open we were in a 5m ifvg and closed with a full bearish candle through the series of upclose candles. Target 2rr. When theres no high or low taken, its usually best to wait to see what candle2 does. Pre market we already took previous days high, then tapped into this major supply zone/ifvg and closed through the downclose candles signaling a market structure shift/ CISD. Tapped into a short term ifvg and close through, that was the entry with my stop at asia/london lows.
Backtested trades
SMT with ES paired with inversion and a fvg entry. We already took previous days low, so with this good bullish momentum off the gap it was a good setup.
SMT + FVG to session lows
smt + inversion + ifvg + breaker block with tp at london low( we took it on ES) On the hour it looks like manipulation because we went up without taking buyside liquidity first. PO3
inversion + liquidity sweep + fvg protected swing. We swept out London low then shifted market structure, allowing me to catch a continuation move to the next relevant high.
SMT + pre market manipulation + fvg + order block/protected swing
Retested the 5m breaker after having heavy SMT with ES and a good 1h/4h close to support expansion with this move forming the wick of the next 1h candle making it a low risk buy. Target was the 4h gap.
1m entry. c2 on the daily and the 1h respecting the 1h gap and forming bearish CISD + MSS after the open high of 10am. We also had 2 stage SMT with ES
1m entry. Put in the high of 10am then retested a breaker/fvg and closed out of it while also respecting the 1h and 5m gap + clear DOL.
5m entry. Consolidation after hitting a key level, then sweep of the range creating SMT + CISD to continue the trend downwards.
5m entry. SMT with ES at London Low with CISD after putting in our 10am low. Inversion + fvg + SMT + clear DOL with Asia high not being taken on either pair
