The Director of Mission Service position seems timely with a bunch of new projects coming under BWM. If this position doesn’t get approved/ filled, is there currently capacity to handle all new projects (thinking particularly about Convo, which seems large-ish)?

This is an fantastic relationship - how was it forged? In early 2025 when the presentation happens, if the tech is simple enough to organize, can this be livestreamed for board members? Also - is this the right way to be using this submission form feature?

Outreach Cheat Sheet - General comment
in conversation with Justin, we spoke about creating a ‘cheat sheet’ that would help the outreach committee (and others) understand who are the other bodies within the church that can grant money. for example, if outreach decides to partially fund a project, who else could they turn to to partner with or recommend the grantee to appeal to for funding.
